Hi! I’m Sofia!

I’m an Electrical and Computer Engineering dual-degree Ph.D. student at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) and the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP). In my research, I focus on developing an energy consumption model for 5G virtualized Radio Access Networks (RAN). If you’re interested, you can learn more about my research in the Blog tab.

I’m a pro-active person, always looking to learn and try new things! I look forward to sharing some knowledge with you on this website, so stay tuned!
